The excutive commitee are responsible for the day to day running of the Christian Union

	Jon Pountney - President My role as President is to help oversee the day-to-day running of the CU. I work closely with the Vice President, planning and running the Executive Committee meetings. I also have regular meetings with the UCCF Staff Worker for Aberystwyth and act as a point of contact between the two organisations.
	Sarah White - Vice President As VP my job is to support and work with the President, Jon, in leading the CU and planning for the year. I also have responsibility for Girl’s Group which happens every Saturday morning and is a great time to spend together building relationships, discussing the Bible, praying for and encouraging one another, and enjoying the gift of laughter! 	Ben Sadler - Evangelism Secretary I share the rôle of Evangelism Secretary with Naomi. Our task is twofold: the organising and coordinating of corporate evangelistic events by the CU, like Tea and Toast etc., as well as the encouraging of individual CU members to engage in personal evangelism as a daily part of their Christian discipleship.
	Naomi Weir - Evangelism Secretary Hi I'm Naomi and I'm the female Evangelism secretary. My role (along with Ben) is to encourage the CU to engage in personal evangelism (tell your friends about the gospel, invite them to CU, build personal relationships with non-christians making it easier to talk about God and to prove we're normal!), and to arrange events for you to bring friends along to :)
	Jon Harris - International Secretary Hi! I'm Jon and along with Laura run the events for International > students. There are so many people from different countries and > different cultures here in uni - one thing we have in common is that > we all need Jesus and so our work involves trying to get the gospel of > Christ to them both through organised events and through building friendships.
	Laura Whitmill - International Secretary Hi my name is Laura. Jon and I are running two weekly events for the international students. We are also here for anyone else who wants to go out on mission. I love the idea that the word of God can be shared worldwide and I'm so honoured to be a part of it!
	Ally Burton - Treasurer Yo! Interesting fact about me – two of my toes are stuck together! Basically I'm the money, i.e. the treasurer. If you need reimbursement for any expenses you have made on behalf of the CU or would like to donate financially towards CU then I'm your man!
	Mark Talbot - Prayer Secretary Heyy I'm Mark. Prayer is an integral part of our Christian lives, it is communicating with God, our creator and our saviour. God wants us to 'devote ourselves to prayer' and to 'pray continually'. As prayer sec my role involves organizing prayer meetings and devotions, as well as acting as an encouragement for people with their prayer lives.
	Phil Standen - MEMO Coordinator As MEMO Co-ordinator I organise the bible study groups for CU on monday nights. Its an opportunity to meet, eat, and learn how great God is!!! All so that the CU can grow in love for God, and be confident in proclaiming Christ crucified to the whole of the university.
	Lea Studden - Secretary My name is Lea, my role as secretary involves contacting speakers and venues. Basically, I do a lot of ringing around and writing things down - including taking minutes at Exec meetings. I love the fact that I can serve God even in arranging the little details!
